Return Policy

To request a return, please send an email to care@greendigo.com within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will arrange for the items to be collected from you. Domestic orders placed on www.greendigo.com can be returned free of charge. All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have the original tags in place.

No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in any of the following scenarios:

  • those on sale,
  • those with a discount code,
  • those via international orders
  • those through Cash on Delivery
  • those bought in exhibitions or pop-ups
  • those that are limited editions
  • those items that are hygiene-sensitive

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed. If you haven't received the refund in your account after more than 14 days, please present the confirmation to your bank so that they can assist you in expediting the process.
